Kimberly Strong founded Strong Connexion after more than 28 years as a senior executive with one of the largest retailers in the United States. Kimberly has demonstrated a keen sense of personal commitment through her selfless contributions to business-related organizations, community, and church, bringing people together to accomplish positive and profitable objectives. Kimberly has mastered the art of bringing the right people together with the right job. Her skill at recruiting successful people is well known, and she is highly sought after by businesses and individuals that seek solutions to difficult placements.

Kimberly has been recognized as a champion for the advancement of diversity in the workplace in magazines such as Black Enterprise, Savoy, Diversity Women, and Uptown. And, she continues to utilize her experience through active participation with Pipeline Angels – an organization devoted to creating capital for women and non-binary femme social entrepreneurs.
